My furnace was giving me problems. Managed to schedule appointment for the next day with Sasha. He seemed very knowlagable, identified the problem, made the necessery repair. I really liked how he explained why it wasn't working and what can be done to get it back on.

We found Avatar home services from our brother in law and I can see why they have such a high rating . Sasha and his team were amazing. We just moved into a new home and heard a noise we didn’t like and Avatar was out the next day to see what it was . Extremely helpful and knowledge taking time to show is what they found in their diagnosis. Sasha from Avatar did a fantastic job installing a new system. He finished quickly, efficiently, and was happy to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend Avatar for all of your HVAC needs.

As soon as the recent heatwave started, my girlfriends AC stopped working (of course). I reached out to Sasha and he was able to come over in very short notice and fix the issue same day in a short amount of time. He even went above and beyond to check other parts of the house that may have been affected from the issue. Very professional to deal with on the phone and in person and the timeliness was better than expected for it being in the middle of a heatwave. I would definitely recommend using their services.
