After we had some plumbing issues occur just outside the 1 year warranty of our new construction home, Avatar helped us resolve the areas of concern. We were happy with the work completed and the assistance we received. The project manager we worked with, Liu, was very helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with. We were very happy with Liu's communication and impressed with the seamlessness of the repair work completed.
We purchased a home that had been built by Avatar Construction, and after discovering some issues post-purchase, we needed warranty work done. Liu was assigned as our project manager, and he was a pleasure to work with. Liu was consistently responsive, professional, and took pride in his work.
