I just moved here 6 weeks ago and went on line to do some reviews. I liked the presentation of the call back and was lucky to get a new pt appointment the next day since someone had canceled. I was greeted by the front office staff. They verified my insurance and was asked into a room with Wendy the hygienist. She reviewed my medical history and Dental history. I was very insecure about going to the dentist after all the other bad experiences I have encountered from other dentistry from the past! But when I seen Avason dental on Facebook and how nice Dr Avason was I contacted the office for a consultation and the staff was so friendly and Dr Avason made me feel comfortable and I had several teeth fixed ,he was very professional and it went so well and fast I couldn't believe how short of a time I was in and out!! The level of customer service is above my expectations. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and the dentist called and texted me to check in on him multiple times. That is beyond my expectations. And their billing team is always so helpful when I need anything
It’s pretty hard to make a dental visit “pleasant”, but they do exactly that here at Avason’s. Doc Avason is very personable and easy to talk to and he’s very professional in his work. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Insurance is handled properly and timely. I’m a big baby when it comes to a dentist, but this is one of the few places I’ve been that makes it better. Thanks for all that y’all do.
I have always had a great experience at Avason Dentistry. Dr Johnson is the dentist I see there & I have dental phobia. He & the staff have always tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Last year I began the process of all bottom Implants. It has been well worth it. I love my new teeth. I highly recommend Avason Dentistry.
