I wish there was a way to not give any stars, because they would not have any. What a joke of a place. Ordered flowers for the holiday, not only did they not get delivered, it took 3 days and almost 40 minutes to even get it resolved. And by resolved, I mean back and forth with discount after discount. Just wanted my money back and cancel the order. 40 minutes later, they finally understood that you can't deliver something when no one is going to be there!! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day over the past weekend, and Ava's decided to notify me ON MOTHER'S DAY that they were unable to fulfill my order and canceled it. Had I known earlier, I would have been able to purchase flowers elsewhere, but I wasn't notified until the last minute.

Not happy at all. I ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet for my mom for Mother's day. I got an email that the bouquet I chose was not available. So I picked another. I cried when I got the picture of what my mother received. Looks like someone picked weeds. I'll stick with FTD.
