I had the Oxtails, Mac and cheese and collard greens with a slice of that strawberry cake & it was gas!!! 10/10… & today I’ll be trying Turkey wings!!!! Did I say 10/10 y’all!!!!! Collards were the best I’ve ever tasted without smoked turkey…. Seasoned from someone’s grandma’s old recipe book!!!
Ava’s Cuisine catered my daughter’s baby shower and the food was delicious! All of the guests commented on how delicious and tasty the food was. When I finally had a chance to visit the Gibsonville location after it opened, I ordered in the restaurant and waited for my food, and once again everything was what I had experienced previously. Love it
I got the bourbon glaze salmon, green beans and mac and cheese with corn bread. So so so good. The glaze is on the sweet side for my preference so I would get it on the side next time. The flavor is incredible and it does enhance the light kick on the salmon perfectly though so don’t sleep on it. Let me also mention the size of the salmon portion and how evenly it was cooked.
