After I left Smithers Gaithersburg and told my story to my County Rep he advised me to file complaint against this company but I didn't want to waste my energy and time on them. Their HORRIBLE way of running this place will one day catch up with them. I'm surprised there's not hundreds of reviews on here; well like I said I believe people don't want to waste their time on this company. Smithers Gaithersburg is a TOXIC place to work. I hope the Owners/Board of Directors will fix it one day.
the absolute worst, unorganized place to work. HR and management is a joke. They gave us cold pizza and a $50 gift card bonus yearly LOL.
