We had a nightmare of an experience with a home in Deluz CA. We drove 2 days to find that the pool and jacuzzi weren't working. They, of course, knew this ahead of time and chose not to tell us or refund our money when we vacated the property 3 days early due to the condition. A WARNING TO ALL FUTURE RENTERS... DO NOT USE THEM! I truly believe that we need federal laws to ensure protection against the vacation rental companies which give inaccurate information of the condition of the property.
