I was referred here by FL Cancer Specialist and was supposed to see the Dr. They told me I will see a PA, Kimberly. I informed her that FL Cancer wanted an endoscopy and a colonoscopy for Anemia. However, I have been having problems eating and swallowing because of pain and water feels like it's getting caught in my throat. I never even saw the doctor or her assistant. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with the office. Ten days before the appointment someone called me to confirm. I took a day off that day to go on my appointment, and when I went to the office, the receptionist told me that I am not on the schedule. Someone had created my chart, put my insurance information and everything, but did not scheduled an appointment. That level of professionalism!!!

I had first seen Mishra back in 2021 for abdominal issues such as unexpected weight loss, constant need to use the restroom, nausea/vomiting, and severe cramps in my lower left abdomen. First appointment I had with her she scheduled an Endoscopy. Results from the Endoscopy seemed like IBS and Gastritis to her. Didn’t get a follow up CT or have any of my blood work reviewed by her. Dr Mishra is a very kind and caring Dr which you don’t find anymore and truly cares about the patient. She will do whatever it takes to get to the problem and mine is complicated and have faith she gets to the root of my problem because she is very knowledgeable and proactive.
