Terrible service. I had them come to check my freeze dryer because I suspected that my pump was not working properly. They came to check and told me that the pump was fine, and that the problem was elsewhere. Following their recommendations, I replaced sensors and it did not work. They suggested replacing other expensive parts, when I started to suspect that their work was not reliable and did not sign a quote for them to return.
