Martha is truly the best phlebotomist I’ve ever encountered. Zero pain, quick service, professional demeanor, truly a 10/10. I have a lot of issues with needles and history of phlebitis, but absolutely amazing service from Martha! Couldn’t recommend Martha higher!!!!!
Inability to provide basic customer service and care.
No concept of HIPPA at all. Waiting room is next to the blood draw room and the door is paper thing you can hear everything being discussed. Name of patient, Birthday, discussions about what they are drawing blood for. In addition it does not seem to matter who arrives first. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment, as requested, did not seem to matter because the took people who arrived after me. Not impressed
