Our first experience with Avanti was wonderful. The driver arrived on time, we proceeded to Port Everglades from The Marriott Residence Inn, at the agreed upon price. Just PERFECT. HOWEVER, a week later, we disembarked the ship, only to discover the van we arranged for 6 persons, was nowhere to be found. We called as we exited the port, were told where to stand, and waited...and waited for near an hour. Each time, we phoned,were told the driver was five minutes away!
