GASLIGHTING SLUM LORDS The most gross negligence I have ever experienced as a renter. Since Avanti took over management at 532CO, the experience has been disorganized and frustrating. I was unable to pay rent due to a duplicate address issue in their system—an error they caused but expect residents to fix by reaching out to third-party vendors ourselves. Avanti took over the property I previously resided in as I was moving out - 532 W CO. My final rent payments were made before Avanti took over yet for some reason, I am still a resident in their portal. This means I am being charged rent for an apartment that I no longer live in. I lived here with my girlfriend and we discovered this together TWO MONTHS after turning in the keys to an on-site manager. **Unacceptable Lack of Resident Support** As a new resident at The Village at Mission Farms, I am absolutely appalled. A company boasting $512.3 million in revenue should not be ghosting the very residents who pay premium rent to live here.
