The hairdresser/employees are super nice. Unfortunately I went to have 3-4 inches of damaged hair cut… and ended up with 6 inches less and a horrendous, uneven, unstylish bob cut you’d see fit nicely on a 70+ years old woman. For reference, I’m 34 and heavy so I look…terrible. This is 100% not the kind of cut you give to a heavy person. I left with all smiles because I was raised to be polite but I honestly want to cry. This salon has a very nice calm environment. The personnel are very helpful and the hairdressers are truly professional. You have the advantage of a spa and stylish boutique. This salon is one of the nicest that I have been to. Also I have a very nice and highly qualified hairdresser.
Making an appointment is quick an easy. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Hani was great!
