I’ve been going to Avanti for many years, and the reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere they create. It’s always friendly, welcoming, and easy to be in. Rather than saying they are sorry for scheduling my daughter's 13th birthday present haircut for YESTERDAY rather than today Avanti Hair Salon in Rutland, VT treated me like a liar and a jerk. When I was upset, saying I DIDN'T schedule for yesterday they treated me like I was the problem and when I insisted- saying I was upset because it's all my daughter wanted for her birthday- they started screaming at me.
