We went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I have never had a hostess be SO RUDE! She sat us in an area where NO ONE else was seated (the entire time we were there). When I asked if we could wait for a table that was closer to the food area she said no. Since there was no one in our section we asked if we could move from a coffee table size area to a regular table and they told us no. Then my husband insisted and she begrudgingly agreed. Had amazing food, good drinks.
Went in for a late lunch/business meeting 2pm on a Saturday. And it was packed! The process was seamless from start to finish, however! Even ordering from FOUR different food spots!! One trip!! Everything was on point. Portions, presentation and ingredient quality were all superior. Lydia even stopped by our table unexpectedly, which made the trip especially noteworthy! I cannot WAIT to go back!!!
Horrible experience. The service here is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They’re not friendly or courteous to paying customers. You would think maybe management was somewhat trained in the food industry but I suppose it’s not a requirement in this establishment.
