I had a consultation which went really well, however when I went to book I was ignored on all platforms. I emailed, messaged through the website, the instagram and the mobile number and got no response. Not sure why I was ‘ghosted’ a simple message to say they could not do the treatment would have been more polite.
Booked on website. Excited to talk through what i needed help with. Went on for zoom call. Michelle didnt login for our call. After ten minites I called, no answer. Left a voicemail. Got an email later, assume auto generated to say reply with any feedback or additional requests and ive emailed that, to get a postmaster reply saying undeliverable.. Not great. (if i get a response, ill be happy to amend this)
Without a doubt Avanthills is the best aesthetics clinic I have visited. Michelle is so knowledgeable and skilled, I felt completely at ease straight away and knew that she would do the absolute best to get the results that I wanted. The clinic is beautiful and in a discreet location, it is spotlessly clean and is a medical setting rather than a salon which is reassuring. I absolutely love Avanthills! From the moment you walk in to this stunning clinic you know that you are in safe hands.Michelle is highly professional and extremely skilled at her work. I won’t let anyone else touch my face. Her treatments always make me look amazing and I often get great compliments on my youthful complexion after. The clinic is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. It also has a stunning outdoor area that transforms you into a beautiful exotic garden. I highly recommend this clinic
