going to GEN I was put with this new girl working there since October trying to get low lights. She told me three times every month to go to get the lower lights went there again today showed her a simple picture with low lights told me oh it's gonna take another couple months no it doesn't. I have light bleach blonde hair putting a few low lights is not a problem.
