this is an amazing place where the staff cares, offers professional advice and guidance, and delivers what they sell~! my glasses were to take 2 weeks, and they called me for pick-up in 6 days... they are knowledgeable, friendly and they have FRAMES galore! the ladies know their business and although it is farther for me to go, it is well worth the trip---don't hesitate--you will get a reasonable price and beyond reasonable customer experience !! the team at Avante is amazing !
The wait time this place is very long while there is only one rep works. After I pick up my prescription glasses they didn’t work, I went back to my doctor and he says that it didn’t match my prescription. Also I was referred by Costco employee & when I call the managers at the store they told me that they don’t refer people to different locations it’s not their policy. Somehow someone inside the store is doing this referral. Regardless this place is not honest place. I do not recommend.
Great customer service, friendly and extremely informative on frame selection. A wonderful variety and lightening fast turn around! I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend to all of my friends. Thank you Avante Optics for an uplifting and wonderful experience.
I've been coming here for close to 5 years now to get lenses put in my frames. Originally I was referred by Costco, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But they always do a fantastic job and I love that they're locally-owned and operated family business. It pains me to have to give business to the big multi-national chains, like VistaOptical or Luxottica. They seem to have fair prices, quick turn-around, and great service. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.
