Avante have been very helpful and informative with an unanticipated client need. The local supplier from whom we purchased the bed could not install a collapsible bed rail kit, so I telephoned Brent from Avante who patiently listened to my needs, then referred me to another supplier, who helped us with sourcing and installing the bed rail kit. Finally got one of these amazing mattresses from Warehouse Furniture Clearance. It’s too bad that they don’t advertise on their website that the line they name “Lux” is actually made by Avanté. If you go on their website, you will see that there are 591 reviews (and counting), of average 4.9 stars. The reviews are well earned too. We wanted one of these mattresses 4 years ago and they kept selling out. Exasperated, we found the next best approximation on the market for 3x the price. I can’t speak highly enough about both the product and the customer service! I had my first mattress for 15 years and it was absolutely amazing—so comfortable and supportive that I could never find anything close to it anywhere on the Gold Coast. My recent experience with Avante was exceptional. My daughter and I had the opportunity to trial mattresses in their showroom, and the team was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. We received quick delivery and prompt service, which was greatly appreciated. It's refreshing to experience such outstanding service from a local business! Highly recommend.
