So glad I was able to eventually connect with the Avante team. Mum has a 12 year old electric bed with a Tempur mattress with a different base and motor bed. The foot end was not working, and pillows under Mum's knees were not working either. The technician was on time, considerate and understanding with my nearly 90year old Mum. Turns out the bed had a screw loose :) and the remote control had a cracked back and batteries were struggling to stay put. All fixed in under an hour. Avante is a five star company to deal with. We are a retail business and they are always ready and willing to help with any requests we have. Recently Brent was very helpful with a customer who had purchased a second hand lift bed. They assisted us with all the appropriate parts to get the bed working, even allowing us to return some parts that were not required! Customer is very happy.

I would give no stars if I could. Shame on Avante for charging elderly people $240 to plug a bed back in! Twice we checked that it was correctly plugged in so they sent out a technician. The technician plugged it in and said ‘that’s plugged in better now so you should be right for a while..’ $240 later for a call out fee and labour.. the labour to bend down and check a connection. Extortion.
