Absolutely top notch facility. The cleanliness of the facility inside and out are unlike any others. The care provided for the patients from all involved from the Business Office, Admissions Office, Social Services, Receptionists, Nurses, CNAs, Doctors, Physical & Occupational Therapists and any others I might have missed are exceptional! They don’t wash the residents mouth, face or feet, they change the diaper like it was medicine or at the time they want because they’re busy and or shift change. No matter the time it is the same reason or another excuse is that they don't have diaper. bedsheet, towels, or the necessary materials to change the patients per CNA, they do not have Therapist for Rehab on the weekend also that the therapist don't want to give therapy to a patient who had a stroke and it is not able to stand by himself as they said you need to com... read more
Thank you Avante! My grandmother just completed therapy here and they did a wonderful job with taking care of her and helping her in her physical therapy. We’ve been at such a loss before Avante helped us with granny!! God bless and thank you so very much!!
Our dad stayed here for about 3 weeks after he fell at home. We were worried he was going to be stuck in bed but the therapy team was able to get him up and walking with his walker again. The staff was great. Glad to have him up and around at home again.
Our mom couldn’t move her legs, and upon discharge she can now stand and walk. We are relieved by her progress. Great staff they are very committed to making sure the patients recover and regain their strength. My mom really appreciates the hardwork and dedication of the Physical therapy and Occupational therapy team including Dale, Sarika, Syed and Brian along with everyone else including the entire medical staff and team that worked towards her recovery.
