My mom Anna Cecil was admitted in May of 2023 walked in on her own with a cane and urine and bowel continent . Three days of being there she was forced to wear depends to make it easier at night for anyone but her. 5 months later November 6th of 2023 she passed away due to choking on a macaroni and no water administered . DO NOT go, or have your loved one go to this establishment. Lack or no care . They are liars! This is supposed to be a rehabilitation center. My mother was there for 2 weeks with NO physical therapy, until I got involved. I spoon fed a rehabilitation center how to communicate with my mom. She is deaf, has onset dementia, doesn't understand why she's there. They need to write simple words on flash cards. I came in at 7am 3 days a week at 7am before work, to encourage both PT and my mom. The PT manager, Dale says to me "this i... read more
Terrible and very depressing place. Not motivating for rehabilitation. Very uncomfortable room. 3 patients to a room, no sunlight, no chairs for patients to sit on, one folding chair for the entire room for a visitor. Common area is uncomfortable. If you want ice, then you scoop from a cooler that is just out in the open for anybody to touch. Food is awful. Nurses are nearly impossible to reach.
