The mixed reviews (negative and positive) across the board from the food to the staff is of of great concern. I have reason to believe some of the staff I had had dealings with on the phone (ONLY, and then in writing) have two various profiles. On the phone, some of the staff I've dealt with on another's behalf, the staff is pushy, hateful, and cocky and demanding.
