The staff I have here are diamonds in the rough and are some of the nicest and sweetest girls I've met. Joselyn, Gurneer, and Mara are so nice and caring. Juan is also a fantastic nurse who's so joyful and amazing to interact with always and consistently. Thank you!!

If other CNAs were like the ones here, healthcare would be better everywhere. Elizabeth, Mara, Gurneer, Hilda and the other girls are fantastic. Jessica is just ok and her son is wonderful. :P When I got here I was a mess and therapy did so much for me. Surreal and Sophie were so great. Thank you so much for the care!

I want to start with how the team here is both positive and aggressive in the best way. I think the deserve all the encouragement and so genuine and caring that I’m so happy the team is here. Several of the ladies here are studying for medical school and are truly made for this. Ashley, Gurneer and Amelia were all so wonderful, thank you. I don't usually write reviews on businesses but this one had to come. Really disappointed with how things run at Avantara lake zurich. I toured the place with my family and spoke with (think her name christina the salesperson) a few times about getting my family member accepted. After that, nothing. Not a peep. NO update on the referral, zero communication. Every time I call in they say the same repetitiveness: "Oh she'll get back to you," "oh she's busy at the moment". Nate is the most amazing and thank him for so much! He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay, especially in the beginning. Christina in admissions was fabulous and Lawrence was my favorite. He was just so kind and attentive. Jessica, who even as a busy lady, was constantly there for us and helped us too planning it all. The accommodation for the private room was also very appreciated. Thank you again for everything!
