Always short-staffed when I came to visit. Staff often looked overwhelmed and hard to talk to. Communication was bad from the start and care suffered a lot with my loved one. My loved one’s needs were often missed and unmet. Whats the point of call light if no one comes when you press it? 45minutes is ridiculous and too long of wait when someone is incontinent. I would not recommend this place. My mother came for physical therapy. The care that she received was very poor. She needed help to the bathroom and was left waiting for long periods. She shared the food was not well made. On one occasion I went to visit my mother and they had her in a wheelchair naked and without a towel after cleaning her up in the bathroom. My brother Mark was at this facility for 5 weeks and said he was very comfortable here! We want to thank you for all you did for his care and attention, all his needs were met and with a smile. Everyone was so kind that when he left he wanted to talk to as many of you as he could and thank you!! Special shout outs to Amy, Juan, Hilda (Hildy? Not sure of spelling, but She’s a real treasure!)
