The care was fine everyone was very nice. The food needed work so i would say fair. The therapy team was very good. I would recommend this facility for rehab.

My stay started off a little rocky getting my likes and my diet right. but once that was taken care of it was fine. The staff was fine but the one that stands out was Amelia she was amazing and always made sure my food was warm and hot. The nurse Patti was a very nice lady.

My experience here has been excellent. My room was clean and had a nice view. The team amazing but the nurse patti has a special place in my heart. Claire and AJ no matter the time of day they always came in to help with a smile. I would 100% would recommend avantana to anyone who needs rehab.

I was transferred from Northwestern Hospital to Avantara after a complete knee replacement. My medical condition was compounded by the fact that one side of my body was impaired due to a old spinal cord injury. The staff and the care team were attentive and professional. The therapies were just what i needed to return home safely. My stay at Avantara was a very positive experience. C. deMeyer

I came to Avantara for rehab my tendons tore in both knees and my Range of motion was limited. The team has been great and treated me with respect. When it was time for my discharge I was not ready to go but my insurance cut me. Nikki and Christina helped me with my Medicaid and therapy was able to pick my up again under my part B. Claire, Elizabeth Hector and Amy have been amazing.I would recommend to anyone who needs rehab. P. S. I forgot to mention Epi and Briana - what a wonderful professional caregivers they are!
