Very poorly ran management. Management doesn't care about their residents or their aides. Can't keep help and very high turn over rate. Management is very sketchy.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! My mother has been here off and bn on a few months. I say off and on because the ridiculously poor care and neglect that has turned into numerous bed sores and infections! Many occasions I have been witness to them ignoring her and speaking to her, a former R.N, who ran multiple facilities, a woman that is 100% mentally functioning, smarter than most STAFF there, ONLY physically disabled, CONSTANTLY TREATED AND SPOKEN TO AS IF SHE WETE LESS THAN A PERSON! Gave one star because you can't rate less - Where to start - my dad moved in in August 2013, after suffering a stroke, and stayed there until his died in October 2018. He never received any physical therapy. He could not use the entire left side of his body, so needed help to get out of bed, etc. Top complaints - his teeth were not brushed, mouth rinsed or given items to brush teeth with, therefore rotted; iPhone and iPad were stolen as well as over $800 worth of clothes; hair was not kept clean or cut, even though request f... read more
