J’ai eu un excellent service lors de l’achat et installation de ma thermopompe murale. Le personnel de l’entreprise a bien travaillé, efficacement et proprement, avec un minimum de dérangement. Monsieur Rousseau m’a bien conseillé pour l’installation au bon endroit et la demande de subvention.
The after sales service is disapointing! And they are very quick to play the blame game...I bought and had installed with them a lennox air conditionning wall unit in july 2019, for roughly 6k. They were suppose to provide and install the hose cover to match the outside siding but since it was hight season and the product was back order, they never came around to it. Was mainting A/C unit as suggested by manual (filters and outside compressor and vent) twice in the summer season , even if it was for minimal use. Started expe... read more
