We have used Dana Ball for years for our small business, she's provided fantastic assistance in regards to writing up contracts, advice dealing with client issues, as well as overall structuring and everyday operations with our business. I have not been able to get a hold of her lately, however I hope she is still doing business, as she does a wonderful job and we'd love to continue working with her in the future.

Seems like this company may be out of business? We have paid months ago and communicated weekly (often multiple times per week) with little (saying we they would be in touch soon) to no response. We've also booked calls only to be the only ones in the Zoom waiting for 30 minutes. HAPPY to update this if we ever get a response and our deliverables.
