I went here on a whim after a very overwhelming appointment at a bridal boutique. I had tried on 10+ super expensive dresses at the boutique and got the cold shoulder when I didn't say yes right away. I walked into Avanta and found my dress immediately. I didn't expect to find my dream dress at a store in the mall, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. The store has a really cute atmosphere and the girl working was very sweet.

Went in looking for a gown for a formal event. I didn’t catch her name but she opened late, no big deal. I waited patiently then she was very cold to me. I brushed it off and tried on a dress. I only got a chance to zip it half way before she told me it would not fit. No big deal asked her if I could get a size up, she said she didn’t have it in the dress and should just order online. If I could give a zero star I would. I find it interesting that the only good reviews mention Gabby. I wonder if Gabby’s friends and family are writing reviews and not having the unfriendly, unprofessional service that many others have had. My daughter and I went to see the beautiful dresses. Our experience at this store was nothing short of appalling, primarily due to the exceptionally poor customer service. Despite the allure of some of their dresses, I would unequivocally recommend shopping elsewhere. We visited the store on Thursday, July 11th. Upon entering, we were not greeted, which I don't mind.
