THE OWNER IS A TOTAL AND UTTER CROOK. PLEASE READ ON: I was quoted $4,000.00 for our brick patio. Contract was signed, and it was executed. All correspondence was FINAL AND TOTAL PRICE OF $4000.00. I was rudely called and harassed by the owner saying I owed an additional $500.00. I emailed all supporting email correspondence, quotes, and the executed copy of our contract. They keep leaving their empty water bottles n then they blow away n then I go n pick them up. I live in a big complex, SB. The work is in the back of my building so maybe they think no one will notice. I’ve complained to the workers but I get -no English - as a response. Don’t know how the work will be but I’ve had to pick up trash both days I’ve seen them working.
