These guys are amazing! Bianca help me literally get back on my feet after an ankle injury. When I first came in I wasn't even able to get in and out of the tub without sitting down. Now I'm back to all my favorite outdoor activities! I really appreciated that Bianca asked about what activities were most important to me and tailored the exercises to get me back to them as soon as possible. I love this place and everyone that works here is great!

Super intuitive, receptive, and intelligent practitioners. They work well with dancers and movement artists, and are very flexible in working with LNI. Sprained my lower back/sacrum recently and Brenna helped me heal and strengthen to perform within a week or two after seeing her.
After suffering a hip injury a friend recommended Avant Physical Therapy. I am so thankful they did because I have been pain-free for over 4 months and feel stronger than ever. Katie revived me. Whacked by a car while cycling, I was left with a serious shoulder injury. A misdiagnosis shortly after the crash didn't help. Then came Katie. She recognized that my injury was more severe, got me fit for surgery and worked me back to health. Her competence and kindness were constants throughout my recovery. I returned to mountain climbing last weekend -- six solid pitches of beautiful alpine rock -- and I have her and the folks at Avant to thank. They're simply the best.
