I went to Dr. Ada Ene twice for a regular checkup. The office is quite horrible, the front desk people generally unpleasant. I waited around an hour the first time but the second was fine. I now have been waiting for test results for a month, and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I’ve contacted through the portal, email, and called to no avail. I will have to go in person and demand my records. Dr. Ene is really kind and a good doctor, but not worth it for this horrible system.
Agree with all other reviewers on this topic. Stephanie has indeed mastered the art of being sarcastic and unhelpful. I had to call this place THIRTEEN times before managing to get into my account. Each time they promised me someone would call me back, but no one ever called me, not once. This went on for 4 weeks and was only resolved when I went there in person. Completely unacceptable. It’s a shame, the doctor was great, but who wants these headaches when having a simple annual check ups? Avoid, you can do better.
Where do I even begin with Avant Medical? This past year has been an absolute nightmare, and my encounters with this so-called medical establishment have left me utterly frustrated, disappointed, and disillusioned. Had a physical here and it was wrongly coded. I got charge $300 by Quest. I have been trying to resolve for the last year and now the bill has gone to collectors.
This was the best experience I have had with a medical practice. Everyone in the office was pleasant and eager to help me and my mental illness.
