I went to Avant Garde after a medical procedure and my surgeon recommended lymphatic massages. They were so good and super affordable. Well worth the money and time. Completely helped my healing process 100%
I haven't been there in a while but the massage was very relaxing and very well done.
Truly a great massage. Robert is able to work out all my knots without leaving sore muscles afterwards. Which in itself it's a tall order for a deep tissue massage. And the infrared sauna is so relaxing. Highly recommend!

The owner was very pleasant and lovely. He explained everything he was doing and followed with me after my massages, he was gentle kind and patient.
