Wonderful experience had a deep tissue and a lymphatic drain and I left feel much lighter and ready for the day! I'm looking forward to healing my left shoulder. Bob also showed me a tool to treat my golfers elbow! Looking forward to the next session

My massage with Bob was absolutely incredible he was attentive, professional, and really focused on the areas I needed. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely refreshed. The space itself is calming, and booking through their website was quick and easy. I highly recommend Bob and Avant Garde if you’re looking for a truly rejuvenating massage!
