I was a patient with DR Hardy. By mistake I broke my retainer. Now I’m trying to get a new one, so I tried to contact the clinic which is running now by Dr. Avant-Garde, but the phone on site can’t be dialed, and no email to reach out through. I don’t know what to do. I’m sure Dr Avant-Garde still has my file. I’m afraid not having the retainer will rune my teeth, and I don’t want “can’t afford” to repeat the process again.
Dr. Joo is a wonderful orthodontist! She is very kind, caring, and patient!
Dr. Joo purchased this practice from Dr. Hardy and has taken over seamlessly. My son loves his interactions with her, which is very important to us. She is both professional and kind. She is obviously very competent, as his treatment has been excellent and the results quite impressive. She is very relatable with her patients and consistently explains what she is doing and why. We couldn’t be happier and will be brining our other kids to her in the future.
