Had a wonderful experience. I saw the PA, Lauren Lapp. She was so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She took the time to answer all my questions and provide reassurance. Highly recommend!
This is exactly how all medical facilities should operate. The facility itself is very nice, but it's the people who make it a model for others to strive for. Every single person is truly pleasant and competent, instilling a strong sense of confidence. I feel like I'm in the best possible hands.
Five stars, absolutely top-notch urology practice. From the moment you walk in, the whole staff makes you feel heard, seen, and genuinely cared for. They go above and beyond, even answering calls on weekends and getting you in quickly when you're not feeling well. You always leave feeling comfortable, confident, and fully informed. I can say I was extremely hesitant to visit any doctor for a varicose surgery that I needed to help my wife and I with infertility issues we have been having. But after meeting the staff and them diagnosing my issues over the course of a few appointments, It was very easy to gain trust. Everyone from the PAs to the medical assistants to Dr. P himself, was extremely kind, supportive, and not pushy. You can tell that they care about their clients and only want the best for them.
