It clearly states on line, that you can book any service and use the spa, but after my service,they said it had to be over $100 and they would not let me use the spa-needless to say, I was VERY upset, and therefore will NEVER use this spa again!!
The hot tub is not working again. Now trying to make it a cold plunge. I have been going to this Spa for over 2 years and there is always something broken. They should not of made a salt room by the main pool it should have stayed a steam room. No one uses the salt room. Also no yoga classes again. Very disappointed in this facility.
The facility itself is nice. My issue is with the directions and staff. I have never been to a spa before and couldnt find the bldg due to really unclear outdoor signage and directions. When I finally found the spa the person behind the counter just told me a door code for the locker room and pointed down the hall. I had to find my way back and figure out where the lockers were, how to use them, where to wait for my appt. I had to ask another guest actually.
