Angel on reception went out of her way to make our stay really enjoyable.Very helpful and we were very happy with her service. Hotel was in a great location.Gavin & Katrina

I received a call from my wife who I booked this room for where the hotel would not let her use my card. The hotel did not take any criticism and left her without somewhere to overnight. I can only advise everyone to avoid this hotel and not reward hotels who show no service and no understanding

**Rude Reception** We had a great stay overall, but the experience was spoiled at checkout. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, which left a bad final impression. I’d recommend booking through Airbnb instead, where you’ll likely have a much better experience and can avoid dealing with the reception altogether.

Fantastic location and outstanding service! I stayed with a group of 16 guests, and we were all looked after exceptionally well. Charles and the front office team made everything seamless and stress-free — truly great customer service all around. Avani Melbourne Central offers unbeatable access to the city, shops, and attractions. Highly recommend!
