This place was incredible , modern , close to everything , hotel with fantastic food, pokies etc. A well deserved “thank you”, to the beautiful young lady on reception “Diksha”, you were such a welcoming happy , and more than happy to help make this weekend just amazing , for my husbands birthday , very thankful & appreciated !! Sean was thrilled & loved his surprise 🍾🥂 Thank you team, take a bow !

Excellent customer service and a great location—close to bars, the beach, PacFair, and restaurants. Try to book a room facing the beach, as the rooms on the other side are noisy at night due to the rev heads speeding along the highway. The rooms are spacious and clean. They include a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, a large TV, and a separate living area from the kitchen and bedrooms. It is popular, especially around Christmas time, so if you need an extra bed, try and book it earlier.

Very INCONSIDERATE! Not even worth a one star. We booked in this hotel thru booking.com and it has no option for cancellation. We took it because we are decided to come and we like the place. That night after we booked, we got a serious problem that made us think to cancel our trip. In the morning I contacted the property and pleeaaad to ask a favor if we can cancel it coz it's also worth almost 3grand.The guy I talked to said that I have to call booking.com ASAP so they can send an email to them as a normal process and it w... read more

Could not fault it. The check in process was so easy and the staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, walking to restaurants and activities. The rooms are spacious, clean and had amazing amenities. The pool was 27 degrees and glorious.
