This is just a summary please take the time to read the reviews about this place! All I can say is the location was good. 1.Pool Closure & Poor Compensation •Notified only a week before stay that the pool would be closed (the main reason for booking and could not book anywhere else as it was last minute and not in price range) •Their Compensation to other visitors was free use of another hotels pool that was 2-3 tram stops away and free parking that did not apply to us •Compensation request from us denied despite others rece... read more

Horrible horrible place to stay, they have charged me $800 for a pot that a group of random people broke at the front of the hotel that I happen to have come downstairs with at the same time & are telling me I have to pay it because “I was outside with them and they saw me come downstairs on the camera with them” not only because of that, I paid $400+ for a room which they had “apparently upgraded me” but it was definitely a downgrade, the floors where filthy, the beds where not clean at all, looked like someone had just sle... read more

Staff were great - and helped us manage travelling whilst injured so nicely Suite was perfect and close to all the things we needed ! But cannot give the team a high enough recommendation

Good location for conference or casino. Unfortunately they began the pool deck maintenance program just as we checked in. Room and service were good with a pub and restaurant downstairs if you want.

Located in Broadbeach this accommodation is easy to get to and central to loads of restaurants, convention centre, Pacific fair shopping centre, tram and bus services. The unit we had was clean, well furnished with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was not the highest quality but was still comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Parking costs extra at this venue which we were not aware of when we used booking.com but the cost was not exorbitant.
