Switched to Avaneer over a yr ago and have been very happy with the results. Quality is great. And the responsiveness of the lab team is better than I've ever had (26yrs as a dentist). Katrina, Kalee, Kristyn- all great at communicating case details and helping us all be on the same page with the technicians and with delivery dates. Things just don't fall through the cracks with this crew. Happy patients makes me happy.
I must say this is an outstanding office they drop off anywhere between 15 to 35 cases daily at our office very grateful for the whole staff but a big things to Miss cc along with Josh.. Henry and Armando have a killer team a pleasant staff to deal with. Thank you all for your help and support at Southfield family Dental take care always

I am appalled with this place, I hope I never have to go back there. This was truly one of worst experiences I’ve ever had going into a business for the first time and being this shocked at how messy, unprofessional and unorganized the place is. I had an appointment at 1 so I walked in and went up to a second door and a lady in red opened the door asking if I had an appointment and I told her yes and gave her my name, she told me it would be 10-15 minutes and I told her I was going to wait in my car because their waiting roo... read more
