Horrible warranty process. We need to go line by line again because ticket items are being closed without being closed and reopened again. No need for that unless they are padding the time work orders are open which is unethical. Keep the original tickets open so we can track how long theyve actually been open! Also warranty work and things leftover from the new home owner orientation are still not moving. Let me start by saying that the people that live here are awesome and it is a wonderful area to be in. I, however, would probably not buy in this neighborhood again for the time being. There is a lot of information I wish I had known before making my purchase here.
