This was an awesome place to be! Everyone there really takes their time to work with you, they are very sweet, and work with you as well with getting reports sent to the caseworker, supervisor and my lawyer in a timely matter. The 5 week parenting class was amazing I will miss the instructor and the calming class atmosphere. I really did learn a lot and thank you for taking time to listen to me and actually helping me. Thank you AVANCE! Jorge, his staff, everyone associated with this facility is amazing. They are so busy, and yet still find the time to meet one on one with clients, listen to your concerns and talk you through the process, and are on your side the whole way through. I also love their new office, and am glad they continue to stay in the Lincoln Square neighborhood because they are great and great people doing great things!
