I partcipated at the workshop at this gem of a place. The workshop explains the process of chocolate making in detail, with the host eagerly tackling your questions. The different measures used to obtain the chocolate ethically and as sustainably as possible are explained. The chocolate tasting was an absolute revelation and has definitely changed my perspective. I thank Avanaa Chocolate for helping me discover this hidden side of chocolate ☺
