Horrible apartment with recurring maintenance issues, roof leakage and zero maintenance of common area. Lot of hidden charges and total scam with trash charges no where in the bay it’s as expensive as here.
The apartment itself was fine, though we experienced repeated AC breakdowns during heat waves, with repairs taking days on multiple occasions. Overall, professionalism can vary. One maintenance interaction felt unnecessarily harsh over a simple issue. During move-out, we were given only hours to pay a discounted charge for items that appeared to be normal wear and tear after nearly five years. Once paid, our requests for explanation were ignored. *IMAGES PROVIDED* I have been living here for a couple of years and want to mention this apartment property excessive usage of VRBO and AIRBNB postings. Unlike a normal 9-12 month lease, this apartment complex will have short term leases available for ANYONE to book with. You might be a lucky candidate and sign for a lease not realizing that your upstairs VRBO/AIRBNB neighbors are "leasing" theirs for a month or two and could less than 2 sh/ts of causing noise disturbances or loud stomping.
