We had a wonderful experience with Kit at Avana Sunnyvale! Kit went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, taking the time to show us around, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the tour. We were running late because of traffic, and Kit was incredibly gracious and even stayed 30 minutes after closing just to make sure we could see the property. The apartment has all necessary facilities. Maintenance queries are solved quickly. Eduardo is friendly and does a great job in helping with the issues.
Eduardo was wonderful. He helped a lot with fixtures required and he is super friendly as well. Highly recommended!!
