I have lived in Pebble Creek Ranch before the name change (August of 2006) and lived there until last August when my lease ran out. The rent went up \$40 so I moved to a cheaper apt thinking i can save some money. The other apartments (in Stafford) were horrible. I was spoiled by Pebble Creek so an increase in rent is definitely worth it. I had to break my lease so that i can come "back home". I recently moved back in and I love my apartment! Hello I`am Karim , I lived in this apartment for 14 months, when I moved the carpet was allready one year old when I moved out from their they charging me \$800..00 to change carpet, just for two spots that also was from washable color markers, I was in little rush that I didn`t got chance to steam clean the carpet for that I been charged \$800.00. This apatment team try`s to change their stuff with custumers money. I`am taking this to court if some one has same problem they can join me.
The Management is horrible! We had a couple robberies and vandalism inside the complex, but the management claims it is "not their responsiblity to provide security" (their exact words). The gates are always broken and welcomes outsiders in the community. Above all, Ive lived there for a while now and the manager still does not know our names (even though I have personally been in there dozens of times). I would continue living here but the management needs to change.
