Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a tour for a one-bedroom unit and was told over the phone that it wouldn't be a self-guided tour, which was what I wanted. However, when I arrived, it ended up being self-guided. The keys I was given didn’t open the apartment. I went back to notify the staff, was given a different key, and had the same issue. I never got to see the unit. Terrible service — it’s clear they don’t value their clients.
Avana RPV is a beautiful complex that I am very happy to be a resident of for the past 9 months. Pros: - less than a minute walking from the ocean trail and nearby resort that is open to the public - very dog friendly to all size dogs - almost every person here has a dog! - very quick to resolve maintenance requests Cons: - expensive, but that's what you get in this location!
*EDIT* regarding the totally disingenuous reply from Avana below, I was a resident for three years and can share lease documents. It’s on my rental report. This is an obvious attempt to act as though my review is malicious or false. I can share names and emails of the Avana RPV staff I was contacted by during the time we lived there. What a disgusting lack of accountability. Attaching proof of rent. Not only was there constant loud construction from the renovations needed to increase rent to 3K+, there are no cameras at all ... read more
"I've never experienced living in such a terrible place before. The water keeps overflowing, there's dog pee everywhere, even in the elevator. The upper floor is always so noisy. And the apartment management is not friendly at all. It's not worth paying so much money to rent here. I regret my decision a lot, but I can't move to another place due to my difficult financial situation. I'm really struggling here. Please keep that in mind!"
