The best thing about living here was the onsite team. Cesar, Carlos, and Steve were always so attentive and it made us feel safe knowing they recognized my family - always said hello and had time for a quick chat. On several occasions, I struggled carrying things with my toddler in tow. At one time, my grocery bag broke and my groceries landed on the ground. I’ve lived here for nearly 6 years, and the quality of living has declined significantly over time. What was once a relatively peaceful place to live now feels chaotic and poorly managed. Children are constantly running around unsupervised, yelling, screaming, banging on metal railings, and hitting balls onto residents’ balconies.
