Avana One Zero Nine is a great place to live! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and the apartments are newly renovated and beautifully done. The office staff were incredibly helpful during our move in answering all our questions and are very friendly. They made sure everything went smoothly and on time I highly recommend!
awful place to be. The residents will tear your vehicle up in the parking lots, the amenities are consistently vandalized, (including black mold all over the kitchen area) and they will tow your vehicle despite it being up to date on plates and registered in their system. Took a high risk pregnant woman’s only vehicle to get to her appointments.
