It's fine. The property doesn't clean up trash all over the ground, and they could easily solve their crime problem with cameras. People break into cars, and regularly deface the gym/pool. But... Avana owns >$1,000,000,000 in properties, so it's very obvious they do the bare minimum and pocket the rest. I imagine local management/maintenance isn't to blame.

I don’t know why they let tenants park so close to driveways and all the semi trucks are a pain, taking up all street parking instead of parking their rigs off the road someplace meant for semi trucks . We cannot stand that neighbor

Jim in maintenance is amazing and always takes care of small issues for me quickly and politely. Always a joy to be around and gives the doggies treats

I lived here from 2023 to 2025. I loved patty in the office! She was so great and helpful to work with. My issues are , awful parking. Most of the time I had a 5 minute walk home from where I had to park. Some apartment residents had 3 or more cars and there was no solution to fixing it. The towing only happens if YOU call to have someone towed, security does not help. Horrible trash everywhere on the property. No accountability for parking in paid spots. Drug paraphernalia in parking lots. Very unsafe. Then when you move out because of safety concerns you are hit with fees you can’t afford. Avoid greystar properties at all cost!
