I moved into a 1BR in January of 2025 and have a very good experience so far. While the signs of an older architecture are present, the units are very nice for the price and the amenities are perfect for me. A high mark is Jeremiah and the maintenance team who have been prompt and kind and worked hard to address the few move in tasks I had noted. If you’re a person of color and you want to rent here. Be cautious of Jared the manager of the property. I have been living here since October of last year. Jared is racist, disrespectful, a liar, and unprofessional. My very first day I moved in. He made it unpleasant. To the point I didn’t go in the office if he was in.
