Writing this specifically because the package dispersal system has been extra bad recently. It has always been annoying, packages are rarely placed on their proper shelf and difficult to find, especially when there's a large volume of packages to search through. A locker system where each package was housed individually would be far more user friendly. The maintenance team at the Helix is awesome. They are quick to respond and fix your problem quickly / efficiently. So thankful for them!
Terika in leasing and Brandon the maintenance tech were extremely helpful during our tour! You can tell they care alot about the residents within the community and really want people to feel at home at Helix! The amenities of Helix are great, from the outdoor pool to having a car wash in the garage was a bonus I was not expecting to see in an apartment complex.
