The maintenance team at the Helix is awesome. They are quick to respond and fix your problem quickly / efficiently. So thankful for them!
Terika in leasing and Brandon the maintenance tech were extremely helpful during our tour! You can tell they care alot about the residents within the community and really want people to feel at home at Helix! I moved into a 1BR in January of 2025 and have a very good experience so far. While the signs of an older architecture are present, the units are very nice for the price and the amenities are perfect for me. A high mark is Jeremiah and the maintenance team who have been prompt and kind and worked hard to address the few move in tasks I had noted. A minor issue with the AC was addressed same-day on a Friday leading into a hot weekend, and they even brought a portable AC for the couple hours my unit was down. 5 stars to the ma... read more
