Love the location!
Avana is different, and I'm so glad to have chosen it - of the many apartment complexes in the area. I live at Avana during the week for work since my home is deep in the woods of Maine - where work is hard to find lol. =) For the past decade or so - I'm more used to living in homes and thought I hated apartments. I’ve had a great experience with this new apartment complex so far. Moving can be stressful, but the whole process felt really smooth and easy. Taylor in the leasing office was awesome—she made everything super simple and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. Luis, the maintenance supervisor, is wonderful. He made sure the apartment was ready to go and took care of anything that came up right away, which made moving in so much easier. Really appreciate how helpful and responsive everyone’s been!
I lived at Avana for two years and just recently moved out of one of the townhomes. The community is super quiet, in a top-tier location close to everything you could need. Huge shoutout to Luis, the maintenance supervisor — amazing guy and always on top of things. Any small issue I ever had was resolved within an hour, no exaggeration. Matt, the property manager is fantastic as well. Rent is a bit above average, but it’s absolutely worth it for the peace, quality, and service you get here. Highly recommend!
WoW! Is all that I can say! I showed up with what I thought was an appointment (unfortunately, I mixed things up!) and Brianna, in the leasing office jumped right in to make me feel welcomed. Super knowledgable and friendly, and sold me on this complex. Amazing atmosphere and welcoming environment :) The grounds are well kept and the environment feels very warm and safe.
