We are so grateful for Luis and his management of all things maintenance on this property and our townhome at Avana! He handles everything with a strong sense of urgency regardless of its priority, and always goes out of his way to ensure things are fixed properly and that we are satisfied. We appreciate all of his hard work, and our dog appreciates all of the treats he gives her when we see him outside.
I'm going to keep creating emails just to give bad reviews until they contact me and solve my problem. They put a collection under my name for an apartment that I never moved in, that I never signed any lease. Once they your information be careful! You might end up with a collection for something that is not yours

If I could give 0 stars I would. Be careful with this complex. I'm dealing with a debt collector, they put my name on collection for an apartment that I was never approved. I applied for an apartment, I paid the $500 for the deposit, but I withdraw my application. They told the deposit was refundable. But when I cancel my application they NEVER got back to me. After a while they charged me a "move out fee", from an apartment that I was never approved, I never signed a lease and they charged me a move out fee. This must be a ... read more
