We have lived here 5+ years! Beautiful clean grounds, very quiet and the maintenance department is top notch! Luis responds promptly and everything gets fixed (or replaced) correctly .
We are so grateful for Luis and his management of all things maintenance on this property and our townhome at Avana! He handles everything with a strong sense of urgency regardless of its priority, and always goes out of his way to ensure things are fixed properly and that we are satisfied. We appreciate all of his hard work, and our dog appreciates all of the treats he gives her when we see him outside.
I'm going to keep creating emails just to give bad reviews until they contact me and solve my problem. They put a collection under my name for an apartment that I never moved in, that I never signed any lease. Once they your information be careful! You might end up with a collection for something that is not yours
