I lived at Avana for two years and just recently moved out of one of the townhomes. The community is super quiet, in a top-tier location close to everything you could need. Huge shoutout to Luis, the maintenance supervisor — amazing guy and always on top of things. Any small issue I ever had was resolved within an hour, no exaggeration. Matt, the property manager is fantastic as well. Rent is a bit above average, but it’s absolutely worth it for the peace, quality, and service you get here. Highly recommend!
WoW! Is all that I can say! I showed up with what I thought was an appointment (unfortunately, I mixed things up!) and Brianna, in the leasing office jumped right in to make me feel welcomed. Super knowledgable and friendly, and sold me on this complex. Amazing atmosphere and welcoming environment :) The grounds are well kept and the environment feels very warm and safe. We have lived here 5+ years! Beautiful clean grounds, very quiet and the maintenance department is top notch! Luis responds promptly and everything gets fixed (or replaced) correctly .
