If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Save yourself the time and do not move here. I hate to be the one to slander a business but I don’t want anybody else to have to deal with the nightmares that I have with this place. The management and desk team have zero idea what customer service means, they are never organized or on the same page, rent was increased at an astronomical rate, and the facilities are rarely functional or taken care of. I have lived here for a while now and I’ve seen things change all over the property. Jenny in the main office is amazingly helpful with any need and explanation to things happening in the community. The community it self has gotten better in my time here, and like any business it has it rough days especially when dealing with so many different tenants, but constant staff members have been able to reassure residents that things are improving for a better resident experience. My wife and I moved here in November of 2023 and were residents for 18 months. From the very start we had issues with them. They presented us with a disgusting apartment at the beginning of lease which included marked up walls, smelly and stained carpets, and a musty smell (as well as leaving behind a mold remover bottle accidentally). My wife was very pregnant at the time so i fought hard to have it presentable because i would not bring new life back to this crap hole. They did replace the carpet and touch up the paint.
