Took a tour today For one bedroom apartment Very impressed The young man you showed me around did an excellent job most importantly answering very critical questions He was outstanding Hopefully they will have a one bedroom apartment available the first day of 2026… Time will tell
Horrible experience living here - beware potential renters! I was actually embarrassed to say that I lived here and could not wait to move out. My major concerns included: - This place is filthy both inside and outside. Residents don’t clean up after their dogs - smells frequently of urine. Extremely rundown facilities and windows need replaced. - Maintenance takes months to fulfill requests. There is no communication with updates. Notifications that they will be entering apartments for inspections are not timely whatsoever.... read more
The level of the staff ability to care of residents needs are low, they shouldn’t be in leasing and need a review to go over why the apartment is failing; and this is all the way up to headed management. They are also argumentative and lack simple communication skills. The one part that found me shocked was that corporate associates were even astonished of what they were doing. I think with a new team this could be a great place for residents.
