Leasing an apartment through this particular location of Greystar has been absolutely disappointing and has taken more than a handful of times of back and forth just to get the lease right to sign. The property manager of THIS location has been extremely difficult to deal with. Very nice apartments
Nice apartments, bad management – The apartments are nice and roomy with rents comporable to other apartment complexes in the area. The real problem is the management. The office has a high turnover, so while the person you're speaking to might be helpful, they often don't know anything about policies or proceedures. This means you have to turn to their managers, who are generally rude and completely unhelpful.
