Front office does not communicate with the next steps required for certain maintenance repairs.
Few months ago they change the bath tub, because a pipe broke. The contractor did a very bad work, when you take a shower all the water stuck in the bathtub for hours. Attached picture. I live for so many years here and is the first time i make a complaint. The new management is not as expected
