The staff at Avana is super helpful and the property is beautiful and well kept, Definitely recommending to anyone I know who is interested in moving soon!
Meh. Tenants leave dog dropping everywhere. Dogs bark and pull like they're going to come at you and the walker just pretends like it's normal. 25mph LOL more lik 50mph. Extremely dangerous. Poorly lit so drivers can't see you , watch your step. Visual meh. The yards are toilets for the animals, property just let's it happen. We were petsitting for my dad when a serious maintenance issue arose with his hot water heater. The maintenance crew showed up not long after reaching out to let my dad know his hot water was out. We assumed that he contacted them, but they knew there was a problem because of the unit below's problem. They came every single day to relight the pilot light when it kept going out, and had a plan to replace it within a couple of days.
