Arrived at 4:27PM. Closing hours says 5:00PM. Office agent stated they are closed. No other notes online or onsite stating early closure. Seems unprofessional and very negligent with lack of time management.
If anything is broken or broke more then likely maintenance will take 4 to 8 months to fix anything you'll see them playing bumper cars with there golf carts before you see them actually work.washer broke a month ago i call more then i need to just for no help .kitchen cabnit was broke the day i moved in almost a year now still not fixed thank you avana eastlake for zero effort🩵

Please keep you and your family safe and DO NOT RENT HERE!! Fire hazard in utility closet almost took the whole building down! Mold remediation company they hire WILL just cover the mold up. You will be so sick from mold that recovering is almost impossible. UNSAFE! Uninhabitable! The app does not work for maintenance requests and they will lie about what you owe.
