RENTERS BEWARE. Avana tried to illegally break our signed lease once they realized they mistakenly set the price for the apartment much much lower then all their others. The apartment we moved into had previous water damage, the dishwasher wasn’t properly secured and we had mice in the walls. It took them nearly 8+ months to properly fix most of the issues but even then there was still water damage left undone. Great apartments here. Thanks to Jennifer lopez I will be leasing here, she was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Pool looks nice and they have a gym as well.
