I’m giving this place a low rating because I never had so many issues living anywhere than I do at this place. The part that’s messed up is the phone app was disabled so I can’t report maintenance issues, pay rent or file a complaint. There’s always something wrong at this apartment building, they do their best to correct it but they are always short staffed. Great experience touring! Can't wait to call this place home!
Moved in here a month ago & since the beginning communication was horrible. Didn’t receive the apartment till 5pm when other apartments will have it ready early in the morning. Dirty bathtubs, hole in wall. Had to leave the apartment so it could be finished. The vinyl flooring was super dirty, carpet sheddings everywhere. On June 6 I emailed management to let them know I’m missing the bottom bin from the fridge. It’s about to be a month & nothing.
