Wish I had read reviews before leasing unit. Neighborhood nice and quiet, pricing fairly reasonable and property is clean. However, units are not kept up to par maintenance when residents move out. They do bare minimum to turn apartment over for new resident. Been in my apartment (which is classified as “updated” since October 2025 and have had to put in repair tickets each month since living here for failed things. I have lived here for over 15 years, and I love it. It is close to everything. Even in the snow storm, it is beyond convenient. The staff is very responsive. Management and Maintenance are very kind and attentive. Bea, Ashley, and Tiffany are a fantastic team. They will work with you. If one of the 3 mentioned above cannot answer your call, they have an answering service with real people that take your call. I have lived at Avana Copper Springs for over a year now. I have had a great experience. From the tour to the application process to living here it has been very smooth. The day of the move-in I did get locked out as the lock on the door got stuck, however maintenance came as soon as possible even though it was the Friday after thanksgiving. I wish I could give 0 stars. The main office answer their phones maybe 10% of the time, and They do not answer emails. Workorders are open for months without them even stopping by. Rent is very expensive for no reason. Don't get me started on how much water is. They take everyones total bill and divide it among all of the residents. I will be looking up the number for corporate because the leasing office might as well stay home as nothing is being done. If they reply below and tell me to call them, I'll laugh.
